Kroger deals starting 02/14

AND FINALLY, A QUESTION ON A POSSIBLE DEAL:

This coming week, Venus Spa Breeze and Embrace Razors will be on sale for $7.99.  There is a $2/1 coupon (02/07 PG) that would make it $5.99.  HOWEVER, there is also a coupon available for a free Oil of Olay Body Wash WYB one of the razors listed above (02/07 PG).  The Oil of Olay Body Wash is on sale this coming week for $5.49 each.  The question:  can you legally/morally use the $2/1 razor coupon and the free body wash coupon together?
